    Credits are what you use to book directly through Monochroam. These credits allow you to reserve the photography session and events of your choosing. Please note that the number of credits needed to book something varies from business to business. The amount of credits you receive each month varies depending on which membership you signed up for.

  • Do my credits roll over?

    We understand your routine can vary month by month and the importance of flexibility. So long as you remain an active customer on a paid plan, we'll rollover any unused credits that you've purchased up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan - every month. Trial credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your sign-up process. Different rollover policies may apply to other promotions, as communicated. If you cancel your account, all remaining credits will be forfeited on the last day of your membership.

  • How do I know how many credits I have left?

    Your remaining credits for your current cycle can be found in the upper right corner of your account.

  • How much each session or event costs in credits?

    After signing up, you’ll be able to see the credit price for a photography session or event, which varies by things like popularity, time and reservation type.

  • What if I'm running low on credits?

    If you're running low on credits, you can always purchase more! You're also able to roll over up to the total number of paid credits in your upcoming month. 

  • What if I run out of credits?

    Good news, you can always add more when you are on a paid Monochroam membership! Just go to the “Add credits” tab in the app to purchase more and keep up your routine.

  • What if I don’t use all of my credits?

    No problem, you can adjust or cancel your plan at any time.
