How do I know how much session costs in credits?
After signing up, you’ll be able to see the credit price for all sessions, which varies by things like location, time and reservation type.

What happens if I cancel a reservation?
You’ll be able to see each reservation’s cancellation window when booking (it’s usually 12 hours). If you cancel a reservation in time, we won’t charge you, and the credits you used to book will automatically be returned to your account.

What happens if I miss a reservation?
If you cancel late or miss a reservation without cancelling, you’ll get your credits back and be charged for the late or missed reservation.

Good news, you can always add more when you are on a paid membership! Just go to the “Add credits” tab in the app to purchase more.

Although we’ll be sad to see you go, you’re easily able to cancel your membership at any time by using the cancellation option in the account settings on the mobile app or by contacting us.
