These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Monochroam website, mobile application, marketplace, and related services.

They apply to customers, photographers, session hosts, studios, venues, and other platform participants.

By creating an account or using Monochroam, users agree to the applicable terms presented to them, subject to applicable law.

02About Monochroam

Monochroam provides a platform for discovering, presenting, and booking photography sessions and creative experiences.

Depending on the applicable service, Monochroam may facilitate connections and transactions between customers and independent photographers, hosts, studios, and other partners.

The final agreement must clearly define when Monochroam acts as a marketplace intermediary and when it directly provides a service.

03Eligibility & Accounts

The final terms must establish minimum age requirements and any guardian-consent requirements.

04Bookings & Reservations

Bookings are subject to the details presented at the time of reservation.

Users should review the booking details before confirming a reservation.

05Payments & Photography Credits

Monochroam may offer payment options that include direct purchases, photography credits, and membership-related benefits.

Credit balances should not be represented as cash unless the applicable terms and law establish that treatment.

06Memberships & Subscriptions

The final terms should explain how users can manage or cancel memberships and how applicable consumer cancellation rights are respected.

07Photographers & Session Hosts

Photographers and hosts participating in Monochroam are responsible for accurately presenting their services and fulfilling their confirmed obligations.

The relevant partner agreement should establish commission, payout, tax, cancellation, dispute, and other commercial arrangements.

08Studios & Venues

Studios and venues participating in Monochroam are responsible for accurately representing their spaces, facilities, availability, pricing, restrictions, and booking conditions.

09Photography Deliverables & Image Rights

Ownership, licensing, and usage rights for photographs and creative content must be clearly established.

No participant should assume that a booking automatically transfers copyright or grants unrestricted usage rights.

10Acceptable Platform Use

Additional expectations are set out in the Safety & Community Standards.

11Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and credit adjustments are governed by the applicable Booking & Cancellation Policy and the terms displayed during checkout.

The final terms should explain the responsibilities of customers, photographers, hosts, and venues when a booking cannot proceed or a disagreement arises.

Nothing in these terms should exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.

12Account Restrictions & Termination

Monochroam may restrict or terminate platform access in circumstances permitted by the applicable terms and law, including serious policy violations, fraud, security concerns, or misuse of the platform.

The final terms should explain applicable notification, review, appeal, and outstanding transaction procedures.

13Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The final terms must accurately describe the nature of Monochroam's marketplace role, the responsibilities of independent service providers, and the limitations of any warranties or liability.

Any exclusions or limitations must be legally reviewed and must not attempt to remove protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14Indemnification
